There is mold everywhere. It made me feel too dizzy to sleep at night, I smelled like mildew after showering. There’s mold in almost every part of the building including the indoor pool and hot tub, the restaurant area made me feel the same way: nauseous, dizzy, unbalanced, and anxiety as I was having allergic reactions to the mold that is throughout the whole building. They don’t properly clean their building. It doesn’t hurt to get a mold quote once in awhile - it’ll be cheaper when you don’t wait years and years to do it. And it’s illegal to not accommodate your guests and keep the facility clean and sanitary.

We have just started dining at the T&C this past year and have had very memorable dinners. The main dining room features tables with fresh flowers on white tablecloths and many tables along the picture windows have wonderful views over the golf course of the surrounding mountains. The menu is extensive and the choices we've made have been delicious. However, the wonderful experiences we've had came to a roaring end recently. Our past dinners had been on weeknights which were quiet and which we thoroughly enjoyed with the company of others as well as by ourselves. The last visit (with friends who had never been before) was quite the opposite. We chose the T&C thinking that it would be a nice, elegant, reunion when, being a weekend evening with an event being held adjacent to the main dining room, what resulted was quite a difference from what we expected. We were seated a couple of tables from the walled partition of the event and with the non-stop, pounding, loud music, we had to practically shout our orders to the waiter and our conversations were limited because of the level of decibels emanating from the next room. We had our dinners which our guests appeared to enjoy (unfortunately, the scallops with breadcrumb topping was disappointing by the lack of size and quantity of the scallops along with the gritty texture of the crumb topping). What should have been a comfortable dining experience, turned out not to be. The one highlight of the evening was the fantastic service of our server, Nathaniel, who was very attentive and understanding of our disappointing dilemma. I would recommend contacting the T&C in advance to make sure no events are scheduled to impede your dining experience.

We have stayed here at least five times, and have never been disappointed. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and very capable. Dining room serves excellent meals, and wait staff is completely professional.

I keep giving this place chances, and it keeps letting me down. First, the drain flies. There was an infestation of them, which means the bathroom was filthy and the toilets and drains haven’t been properly cleaned in ages. I couldn’t even use the shower because there were more than 20 of those bugs in there.
Second, I booked and paid for a single Queen and was given a room with two doubles. There wasn’t enough room for my baby to safely sleep so we ended up sleeping on the floor.
Third, on my second night the banging and partying going on in the room next to mine kept my baby awake most of the night. The rooms are listed as “sound proof,” but I heard everything.
Fourth, the refrigerator made grinding noises and did not properly cool.

I took a group of a woman for a quilt retreat for 10 days. The food is phenomenal. The rooms are so wonderful that one of my ladies lifted the sheets to see what brand the mattresses were! The Labnon family our wonderful hosts and try to make the experience seamless.
